Brandon, Manitoba Plant

Maple Leaf’s pork facility in Brandon, Manitoba is a 700,000 square foot Kill and Cut facility on 320 Acres. This plant was built in August, 1999 and has a capacity of 90,000 hogs per week. Brandon was specifically designed to meet the needs of the Japanese Chilled, Frozen and Offal markets. Maple Leaf continues to make ongoing investments in our people, process and facility to ensure that Brandon remains a production leader with our industry.
